Hello! I’m Heather. Nice to meet you.

I’m a contributing editor for Country Living Magazine and a freelance editorial prop stylist, producer, and creative director. I work with national interiors magazines, lifestyle brands, and small businesses. My days consist of scouting locations, sourcing endless props, creating and producing editorial content, styling sets and locations, providing creative consulting, and mentoring others during my styling workshops. I absolutely love what I do!

Every year, I host The Academy, a Styling & Photography Workshop for Creatives in France. For one magical week, guests stay in a gorgeous 13th century château, shop for props at the local antique market or brocante, eat delicious, French inspired meals, explore medieval villages, and learn the art of styling.

I’m based in southern California, where my husband and I custom-built our dream home on an old orange grove, affectionately named Grove House. Our city has a long history of citrus farming, and it’s an honor to be a small part of that heritage. Here on the blog, I share peeks into my home, lifestyle, and travels, as well as expert editorial styling tips to help readers create beautiful spaces in their own homes.
